What Is ADHD Coaching?

Coaching is designed to take you from where you are today to where you want to be. A coach helps you to set specific goals, explore possibilities, remove obstacles and reach your desired outcome. What Happens In A Coaching Session?

We will meet in person, via video conferencing or by phone.  During the Intake Session I will focus on learning as much as I can about you: what your strengths are, where you have challenges, what you would like to achieve from coaching and how we might work together. In our subsequent sessions, we will work toward your personal goals. We will focus on what you want to change, what is getting in your way, and how we can use your strengths to develop strategies and actions for success.
