How Long Do Clients Typically Work With A Coach?
The duration of ADHD coaching depends on the client’s needs and goals. Change takes time, it is recommended that a client commit to an initial three months of weekly coaching. For many adults, a three to six month commitment of weekly coaching will allow them time to achieve their goals and create a lasting foundation for continued success. For adults and youth interested in exploring “WHO” they are, often three months (or less) is all that is required. For many youth or young adults dealing with executive function or social challenges, it is more common for me to work with them for the duration of the school year (and occasionally longer).
