What Happens In A Coaching Session?
We will meet in person, via video conferencing or by phone. During the Intake Session I will focus on learning as much as I can about you: what your strengths are, where you have challenges, what you would like to achieve from coaching and how we might work together. In our subsequent sessions, we will work toward your personal goals. We will focus on what you want to change, what is getting in your way, and how we can use your strengths to develop strategies and actions for success. My goal is to expand your awareness of yourself and to see what is possible. Clients often leave the session with some work to be accomplished prior to our next session. This work can be an assignment or a new routine, system or structure to implement. This work is necessary to move you toward the change you want in your life.
