ADHD Coaching is a collaborative partnership created to facilitate personal growth and awareness which leads to conscious choice, focused action and a manageable life. My ADHD coaching style is designed to enable people reach their full potential through honest conversation that is built upon unconditional acceptance and an appreciation of a person’s condition from personal experience. Through this process we examine a person's potential, uniqueness, strengths, capabilities, and wholeness. I know what you are going through because I have been there. I am located in Austin, TX, but am available to offer coaching across the United States via many video streaming services. All I know is that I want to be there for those who need the help and encouragement to live their best life possible.

Therapy often focuses on healing pain, dysfunction and relationship conflict arising from situations in the past. The focus is on resolving these past difficulties to improve overall psychological functioning in the present. Coaching is focused on identifying what the client wants in the here and nowand how to achieve those goals. Coaching is future focused.
Coaching is designed to take you from where you are today to where you want to be. A coach helps you to set specific goals, explore possibilities, remove obstacles and reach your desired outcome. Coaching can help you expand your awareness of what is possible and move you into the action needed to reach your desired objectives. Through conversation and support, a coach will act as a sounding board, educator, motivator and accountability partner to support you in making lasting change in your life.
We will meet in person, via video conferencing or by phone. During the Intake Session I will focus on learning as much as I can about you: what your strengths are, where you have challenges, what you would like to achieve from coaching and how we might work together. In our subsequent sessions, we will work toward your personal goals. We will focus on what you want to change, what is getting in your way, and how we can use your strengths to develop strategies and actions for success.
